If you have unused gift cards that you cannot use right away, please copy the entire gift card code and PIN (if shown).Can I use my gift cards after that date?Yes, the gift card remains valid, however you will no longer be able to access it via the portal.How do I know which gift cards are used?We cannot see your transaction history or balances on a gift card. We do not know if a gift card is used or not. If you're not sure of the balance for a gift card, the best place to check is the retailer website, just like you would for a plastic gift card.
Here’s what eGift Card means and how to use them.
Whether you're out shopping or purchasing something online, an eGift Card is one way you can earn cash back. Think of an eGift Card like an electronic gift card. The best part of buying an eGift Card through PayForward merchants is that you earn cash back from the gift card amount.
There are two ways eGift Cards work: 1) instead of carrying a plastic card in your wallet, you can purchase an eGift Card on your mobile phone when you’re ready to check out of a store or restaurant. Or 2), purchase an eGift Card online and print it out to take with you when you go shopping or give it as a gift to a loved one.
(Note: You will need to purchase an eGift Card for each merchant as each eGift Card is unique.)
You have a choice of buying the eGift Card for the total in-store purchase price or selecting an amount that will give you left over cash in your PayForward Spending Account to be used later – just like a gift card. eGift Cards may have a minimum and/or maximum amount.
All eGift Card purchases will be found in your PayForward Spending Account.

1. Go to Shop. Merchants with eGift Card are eGift card merchants.
2. Tap the merchant you wish to shop at.
3. Select the payment source from your list.
4. Enter the amount of the transaction or the denomination you want to purchase.
5. Tap Purchase.
6. Tap Confirm.
7. Once the barcode appears, show it to the cashier or enter the gift card number to complete your purchase.
Any unused portion will be stored on the eGift Card in your Spending Account.
Once the eGift Card is purchased, you'll receive your cash back to your Spending Account.

1. Go to Shop. eGift card merchants can be identified with the eGift Card indicator.
2. Click the eGift Card merchant you wish to shop at.
3. Select the payment source from your list.
4. Enter the amount of the transaction or the denomination you want to purchase.
5. Click Purchase.
6. Click Confirm.
7. Once the barcode appears, show it to the cashier or enter the gift card number to complete your purchase.
