Acting quickly limits your liability for charges you didn't authorize. If a card is lost, stolen or was used without authorization, please call Member Services at 844-944-9273 as soon as possible. If the card is reported within 2 business days after the loss, theft, or unauthorized use, the maximum liability is $50. After 2 business days (and before 60 days), the liability is up to $500. If the theft, loss, or unauthorized use of the card is reported after 60 days, you may not be eligible to recover the funds lost.
