Verify Your Bank Account

Mobile app

1. From your online bank statement, look for PayForward and two deposit amounts.

2. Log into your PayForward account.

3. Tap Spending Account. (You might be prompted to log in again.)

4. Tap Bank Account

5. Enter the two small deposits made to your bank account.

If you enter the amounts incorrectly, you will receive an error message and asked to try again. However, you are given limited chances to correctly enter the amounts. If you encounter issues, please contact Member Services at 844-944-9273.

6. Tap Verify Bank Account.

 

Mobile browser

1. From your online bank statement, look for PayForward and two deposit amounts.

2. Log into your PayForward account.

3. Tap the 3 bars at the top left of the page.

4. Tap Wallet.

5. Scroll down to My Linked Accounts and tap Bank Account.

6. Enter the amounts of the deposits and click Verify Bank Account.

If you enter the amounts incorrectly, you will receive an error message and asked to try again. However, you are given limited chances to correctly enter the amounts. If you encounter issues, please contact Member Services at 844-944-9273.

Check your online bank statement for two small deposits. The deposits should arrive within 2-3 business days.

1. From your online bank statement, look for PayForward and two deposit amounts.

2. Log into your PayForward account.

3. Click Spending Account.

4. Click Bank Account. (You might be prompted to log in again).

5. Click the yellow triangle.

6. Enter the amounts of the deposits and click Verify Bank Account.

If you enter the amounts incorrectly, you will receive an error message and asked to try again. However, you are given limited chances to correctly enter the amounts. If you encounter issues, please contact Member Services at 844-944-9273.

7. A confirmation message appears stating the amounts were verified. Click OK, and you’re done!
