What happens if I don’t get my cash back?

Sometimes, it does take a little bit of time for transactions to be sent to us by the merchants. If you shopped with a PayForward Merchant, but don't see your cash back. Let us know!

Occasionally, getting the transaction from the merchant can take a little time.* You should receive cash back when your card is charged for swipe transactions or when the eGift Card is purchased. For online orders, your cash back will arrive upon merchant confirmation in approximately 30 days.

To help expedite things, send the receipt to support@payforward.com. We'll take a look and get back to you as soon as possible.

*Cash back is solely the responsibility of participating merchant partners and are subject to change at any time. In some circumstances, such as pay at the pump and car rental transactions, cash back payments may be delayed due to settlement times.
