Setting Up Your Profile

Watch a quick how to set up your profile.

1. Tap the menu in the upper left corner.

2. Here's what appears in your profile:

  • Your avatar - To add an avator, log into the PayForward Website.
  • Account and Card Numbers - Your name and account number appear at the top. If you have the PayForward Prepaid Visa Debit card, the last four digits appears.
  • Settings - Turn on/off features such as Touch ID/Face ID, Geofence Notifications, and Change Password.
  • Reservations - Any upcoming or past trips are stored here.
  • Linked Accounts - Your linked credit cards and bank account can be quickly accessed and managed.
  • Help/FAQs - For quick and easy answers to frequently asked questions, tap Help.
  • Terms - All of the legal agreements and policies.
  • Contact Us - If you need to ask us a question, our contact information is listed here.
  • Log Out - Click the Log Out button anytime you want to log out of your PayForward.
